We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to lead our operational initiatives and drive our agency’s success.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our agency. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, enhancing team performance, and ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with our business goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for improving operational efficiency within the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.

- Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with recruitment teams to enhance candidate sourcing, interviewing, and staffing processes.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

- Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- 3 years of experience in operations management or business development, preferably in healthcare or recruitment.

- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in project management and operational efficiency methodologies.

Salary from £28,150 to £35,000 per annum.
