Job Posting for Midweight Graphic Designer at CLOUD NINE
We are looking for an individual who will be at the forefront of shaping captivating visual narratives for our marketing campaigns. CLOUD NINE operates across multiple markets globally, so the ability to generate conceptual ideas swiftly in a dynamic environment is key.
The designer will have a strong understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction. They will be required to help the team to design and produce the best work possible, in line with the relevant campaign and brand guidelines, all adapted for use across a range of platforms and formats, from social media to web, including print and video.
Main duties
Taking direction from the Creative Lead, a successful candidate will be working within the Design Team, answering design briefs with creative outputs that adhere to our brand guidelines and standards.
Producing attractive and effective designs for all media, working across the creative channels including digital marketing, e-commerce, social, paid media and print.
Working to deadlines and producing work that captivates our audience’s attention.
Work as an effective team member to support and achieve departmental goals, promoting the highest standards of behaviour and attitude to the role.
Communicating with stakeholders across various departments, to ensure briefs are completed to expectations.
Effective management of creative briefs within the Design Team, to ensure on track completions.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years design experience, within a team in an agency or inhouse setting. With proven experience in producing a high standard of design work.
A desire to collaborate and work as part of a team, have excellent multi-tasking abilities and able to prioritise your work tasks effectively.
Keen to learn and develop as a creative.
Comprehensive skills in Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
Previous experience with motion work is essential for this role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adeptness with leading design software packages.
The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment and see projects through from inception to production.
Consistency regardless of project size.
Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team.
The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.
The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
