Co-Founder & CFO – Lead Fundraising for an AI SaaS Startup
Are you a strategic financial leader with a passion for startups, AI, and scaling businesses? We’re looking for a Co-Founder & CFO to lead Clouvie’s fundraising efforts across the UK, Europe, and the USA, driving investment from Pre-Seed to Series A.
About Clouvie
Clouvie is an AI-powered SaaS platform helping British SMEs maximise conversions and revenue through predictive analytics, simulations, and forecasting. We’re tackling a £145M market gap in AI-driven conversion rate optimisation (CRO), empowering businesses to grow smarter and more efficiently.
Your Role
As our Co-Founder & CFO, you will:
✅ Develop and execute fundraising strategies for Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A rounds
✅ Build relationships with VCs, angel investors, crowdfunding platforms, and grant bodies
✅ Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and investor relations
✅ Drive fundraising campaigns primarily in the UK, Europe, and the USA
