Key Responsibilities
Based in our modern and well-equipped office, you will:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls with confidence and professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Order and Quote Processing: Manage customer orders and quotes, ensuring accurate entry and processing into their accounts.
- Product Advisory: Provide knowledgeable advice on available products to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Production Coordination: Prepare detailed production files and seamlessly transfer jobs into the production workflow.
- Procurement: Source and order non-stock items from other manufacturers to meet production needs.
- Email Management: Utilise Outlook to maintain organised and timely communication with customers.
- Pricing and Quotation: Review customer drawings for bespoke cabinets and determine optimal pricing based on our catalog and historical sales data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who possesses the following qualities:
- Phone Communication: Exceptional confidence and clarity in telephone interactions.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Easy Quote or similar order processing software is a plus, though training will be provided.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Commitment to Excellence: A strong sense of responsibility to see tasks through to completion, ensuring all jobs are finalised accurately and on time.
- Reliability: Consistently punctual and dependable in daily responsibilities.
