To assist the Compliance Officer in monitoring and ensuring that and communal areas throughout the estates are maintained to the standards required by the section.
Ensure all appropriate checks/inspections are undertaken in each communal lounge and communal areas on a weekly or monthly basis as required. This work would include fire safety inspections, and any other work deemed as reasonable on behalf of the Compliance team.
To work as part of a team covering all aspects of compliance in relation to the communal and associated areas.
