Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 12 engineers, including two supervisors

- Ensure the highest levels of maintenance for equipment to meet critical customer cut-off times, while managing tight time and cost controls.

- Develop and implement engineering support planning, covering resource allocation, holiday, and sickness cover.

- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety standards and ensure effective risk management strategies are in place.

- Oversee relationships with key equipment suppliers and service providers to enhance performance and cost savings.

- Drive innovative technical solutions to improve equipment performance and contribute to revenue generation.
