Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a key role where you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our clients’ needs are met promptly and professionally. With all sales leads being inbound, you’ll focus on providing solutions and advice, without the pressure of cold-calling.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle and respond to inbound customer enquiries via email, telephone and live chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Create accurate and compelling customer quotations, following up to provide additional information and answer any questions to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Process customer orders, confirm order details, gather additional information as required, and keep customers updated on order status.
  • Professionally resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, contributing to the growth and reputation of Doordeals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a patient, understanding, and friendly approach.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the ecommerce sector.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing software is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focused on clarity, professionalism, and customer engagement.
  • A proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.
  • Be able to demonstrate the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
