Responsibilities

• Prepare drink and food according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Maintain a well-organised work area, ensuring all equipment is clean and functional.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet service demands during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bubble tea environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
