Role Overview: This role has a focus on systems, modelling, and development. Unlike large-scale transformations, the team works on smaller, self-contained builds. You will be • Developing and optimising models. • Focusing on automation, process improvement, and model efficiency (e.g., BPA models for investment strategy). • Working across various actuarial models using different programming languages. • Mentoring and guiding junior team members. Requirements: • Actuarial background (FIA not required; experienced candidates welcome). • Expertise in systems, modelling, and development with programming languages such as Python, R, Snowflake, and SQL. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply IT skills across various models.
