Finatal is on a search for a Finance Business Partner to join a profitable SaaS business. The opportunity has arisen due to their continued growth; therefore, they require a dynamic Finance Business Partner to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth.

You would be an integral part of the finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders and report into the FP&A director. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance across different functions and identify areas for improvement.
• Business partnering with various teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
• Optimize existing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Accounting qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in financial modelling
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
