Coach Driver

We are welcoming applications from experienced Coach or Bus drivers to join our team in Reading who deliver a great customer service to our passengers on our RA1 service to and from Heathrow Airport.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be an ambassador for our exclusive Rail Air service, putting special focus on our customers who have often been on long journeys and who wish to get to and from Heathrow Airport. We are looking for confident, outgoing and personable coach drivers with a proven track record of delivering a premium customer service to a high standard. We want people who will take personal pride in delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all our UK & foreign travellers. Is that you?

Bus and Coach driving is a rewarding career. You'll be providing a crucial service that customers value and rely on. Getting to work or school, important doctor's appointments, popping to the shops, heading into town or heading to the airport. Our drivers are key workers who keep everyday life moving for local communities.

You'll be out on the road, working on your own initiative. At the same time, you will be part of a close-knit driving team, who look out for each other. Every day brings something different. You'll meet some amazing people along the way.

These are permanent, full time positions, working 39 hours per week across a variety of shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid PCV license.
• Experience as a Coach Driver, HGV Driver, or Bus Driver with a passion for customer service.
• A flexible, reliable attitude and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• A commitment to safety and a professional approach to driving.
