We are Currently looking to recruit an experienced office administrator,
Full time/part time.
Permanent position
Full Time/ Part Time job share may be considered.
5-day week occasional Saturday morning on a rota basis
Hours 08.00 am to 4.00 pm
23.5 to 37.5 hour week

Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as office administrator in Galloways Bakers. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in using Microsoft including excel spread sheet, Epos Quantum till system and Sage accounts or similar. Must have a competent and confident telephone manner.
Input of stock figures on a daily basis.
The matching of supplier delivery notes and purchase invoices for transmission to Sage accounts.
Experience and reconciliation of banking in Excel an advantage.
Good organisation skills.
It would be an advantage, but not essential, to have prior experience working for a food led company.
Willingness to liaise with suppliers and our retail shops managers.
Attention to detail and able to work to deadlines is important
Able to liaise with all departments from maintenance to admin staff.
Ability to communicate with Directors and Bakery Managers.
