As we continue to grow, we are looking for a
Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in East Grinstead. We are keen to hear from candidates with 3-6 months of recruitment experience. Full training and excellent career progression opportunities will be provided to help you develop your skills in the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting talent for our biopharmaceutical clients
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and suitability for various roles
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
- Learn and stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business development goals
Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-6 months of recruitment experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
