In this role, you’ll contribute to crafting high-quality, compliant content and coordinating campaign assets, working closely with our design team to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and on-brand.

You will also be responsible for campaign scheduling, audience segmentation, and quality control, ensuring that our messages reach the right players at the right times and meet our standards for accuracy and impact. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented, creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and develop engaging email and SMS content for both UK and international audiences.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, compliant, and aligns with player and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to source images and assets for campaigns.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns according to best practices.
  • Test and review campaigns to ensure content displays correctly across devices and is free from errors.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks of campaigns to minimise errors in live communications.
  • Create and maintain monthly campaign plans based on promotional timelines.
  • Assist in creating targeted audience segments to reach relevant players effectively.
  • Check lists and segments for accuracy to support effective targeting.
  • Collect and organise data on campaign performance to support post-campaign analysis.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in messaging.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a desire to learn and improve skills in digital marketing.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and email marketing practices is a plus, but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms or willingness to learn; experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
