Role Description

This is a full-time Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Worksop. The role involves full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities on-site to support Greencore's talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Employer Branding and Interviewing skills
• Experience in Recruiting activities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
