Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Trainee at Greenhouse, you’ll have the opportunity to develop key sales skills that will not only help generate quality leads but also position you for long-term career success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Skills: Learn and apply sales techniques to generate high-quality leads for clients. Understand customer pain points, create value propositions, and convert initial interest into meaningful business opportunities.
- Collaborate with an Experienced Team: Work closely with senior sales staff and mentors to refine your sales approach. Participate in regular training sessions, shadow calls, and sales meetings to accelerate your development and gain practical, hands-on experience.
- Develop Leadership Skills: Gain exposure to leadership and management concepts through structured training programs. Take on leadership responsibilities as you progress, guiding and supporting junior team members while also learning to manage sales projects.
- Career Progression & Skill Development: Build a strong foundation for career advancement by continuously improving your sales and leadership abilities. Develop your skills and confidence to move into higher-level positions, including Sales Development Representative (SDR), Account Executive, and beyond.
- Contribute to Client Success: Work with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals. Ensure clients see measurable value from the services and solutions you promote, which will, in turn, help to build long-lasting relationships.
