The successful candidate will manage a team of skilled and experienced tutors to oversee the academic progress of this crucial year for students, liaising with multiple departments to make this happen. We are looking for an exceptional communicator who can engage with, and relate to, young adults facing an exciting, challenging year.
This is also a teaching role, and any subject offered by the Senior School will be considered, but applications from candidates with the ability to teach Psychology, Sociology, Chemistry or Business would be welcomed. Sixth Form teaching experience is desired.

Founded in 1849 by Nathanial Woodard, Hurst is a Church of England College. The Christian ethos underpins College life but we are a diverse community; we welcome those of other faiths, or no faith, and pursue an inclusive approach in all that we do.
The College is a Co-Sponsor, together with the Diocese of Chichester, of the newly formed Hurst Education Trust, a local Multi Academy Trust. The Trust currently has four local primary schools, although it is envisaged it will grow to over time.
