The Future Workforce Engagement Coordinator Will
- Coordinate the effective and smooth operations of the engagement function within Future Workforce
- Support the delivery of key results aligned with the Health Boards Workforce Strategy and Future Workforce plans
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive school engagement programme across the three geographical counties
- Work closely with the Apprenticeship Academy Coordinator and the Future Workforce coordinator to ensure apprenticeships, work
experience and volunteering are promoted efficiently and effectively through networks such as schools, job centres, training providers,
further and higher education institutions and other relevant networks
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support widening access across the Health Board geographical locality
- Assess the quality and evaluate the impact of the Future Workforce Engagement function to match the requirements of Hywel Dda University Health Board services

Five community hospitals: Amman Valley Hospital and Llandovery Hospital in Carmarthenshire, Tregaron Hospital in Ceredigion and Tenby and South Pembrokeshire Hospital Health and Social Care Resource Centre in Pembrokeshire.
Two integrated care centres (Aberaeron and Cardigan, Ceredigion).

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
