We're looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist to support the team with technical, on and off-page SEO expertise.
The Digital Acquisition Specialist will support in the planning of technical SEO strategies in line with our clients' objectives, working cross-departmentally to deliver them within set timeframes.
This role will be situated in the SEO team. As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities are to research existing client needs, problem solve, and deliver SEO strategies that meet our clients' business goals.
The role:
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £29,000 - £34,500 (depending on experience)
Maintain a strong overview of current on-page SEO campaigns and working closely with senior manages to optimise client strategies
Audit current clients' SEO and offering recommendations on strategy in line with their KPIs
Delivery of hands-on technical recommendations and improvements
Demonstrate a growth-focused and inquisitive mindset to delivering practical results for our global clients
Provide input and on occasion delivery of content and off-site SEO strategies to support our other services
Evaluate clients' backlink profiles and devise strategies based on potential opportunities
Detect and advise on potential SEO blockers including crawlability and indexing issues
Conduct keyword research and competitor analyses to inform clients' content and SEO strategies
Create monthly/end-of-project reports with key insights relating to the client's KPIs
Lead and contribute to client calls and attend face-to-face meetings
Working to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and ensure expectations are always met or exceeded
Coach and mentor junior team members
Keep up to date with industry best practice and latest trends
Requirements
Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage data and create client reports
Experience in a client facing environment and the confidence to lead client calls and/or meetings
Experience in a busy agency environment (translations/content/digital) a plus
Expertise covering technical SEO, onsite SEO, offsite SEO and a passion for delivering hands-on work that drives results for clients
A dissatisfaction with status quo - always thinking of ways to grow clients and help them achieve more from search
Excellent working knowledge of major SEO tools (GSC, GA, Moz, Majestic, SEMrush, ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
Able to lead workshops to enhance team knowledge with the ability to train junior staff members
Good communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders to communicate ideas
