Job Description Within the position of Workplace Team Member, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases wellbeing, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Additionally, you will be actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy. Key Responsibilities • Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts • Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition • Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests • Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations • Be responsible for ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met • Focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer • Show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Legal requirement • Work as part of the Workplace Experience team providing seamless and effective delivery of all service lines to include; Front of House, Hospitality, Events &, Meeting room management etc • Carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by the Guest Relations Manager Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office) • High degree of accuracy • Meeting room management • Excellent communication skills • Good time management • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team • Motivated, committed and flexible • Health & Safety understanding The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
