Job Description
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will help ISS become the world’s greatest service organisation by delivering exceptional service performance and empowering our customers.
In this role, you will provide frontline customer service in Guest Services, Food, and Hospitality for one of our esteemed clients.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client services throughout the executive meeting floor and entertainment spaces at 100 Bishopsgate, ensuring a seamless and outstanding experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the day to day delivery of hospitality from the client serving kitchen
• Prepare, set up and clear refreshments and food offerings in meeting rooms in a timely manner and to set standards
• Deliver the supply of food and beverage items to ensure quality, variety, presentation, temperature and taste are maintained at the standard required by the client
• Support the logistical set up and clear up of all meeting rooms including furniture and AV equipment.
• Wash and polish dishes, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all time
• Report any defects on equipment to the relevant person/department
• Manage daily and weekly stock control of supplies
• Accept and check delivery of daily food orders and ensure that these are stored safely and according to hygiene and food safety guidance and standards
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• GCSE Math and English or equivalent
• Level 3 Food Safety (Essential)
• Relevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience
• Experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office, Condecco)
• Events and corporate hospitality experience
• Professional, committed, conscientious, pro-active and innovative
• Numerate, accurate and confident and can work on own initiative
• Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team with prior client facing experience
