Job Description
As the Workplace Team Member you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the Livv Strategy. This is an exciting and diverse role to join a growing team. This role will play a critical part in driving service standards to build upon an excellent workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• To work as part of the workplace team – deputising for the Workplace Lead, providing seamless and effective delivery of all customer-facing service lines to include; meeting room and visitor management, Reception Desk, Mail and Courier Management, Hospitality (bridging service gap between Day Housekeeper and Evening Housekeepers), Locker Management Coordination, Email Management and Events
• Assisting all team members in driving the workplace forward through supporting additional day to day operational duties
• Responsible for the management, distribution and scanning of all incoming and outgoing mail for the client
• Engage with all key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient and swift response to all service requests
• Managing food consumables (such as the snacking programme) and stock levels
• Effectively deal with all client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Experience in mailroom duties, sorting of incoming and outbound mail
• Enjoys a diverse and versatile role
• Can adapt to different working environments and manages time efficiently to drive a greater workplace
• A team player who supports in driving collaboration for both the onsite team and the customer
• Knowledge in hospitality and event coordination
• Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
• Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
• High degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management
