Job Summary

To work on a new fit out in central Bristol.

What you will do:

• Interior decoration and touch ups have been complete
• Doors and internal joinery are functioning
• Communicating and liaising with customer care team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsibilities:.
• Collaborating with contractors and other professionals when needed.

Requirements

• CSCS card and carpentry qualifications
• Full PPE (can be provided if necessary)
• Relevant work experience
• References

Working hours are between 7.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (with the option of Saturday work).

Payrate is high dependent on experience, a great opportunity to gain great skills to process your career.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Proficiency in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and property managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: £20.00-£22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
