Cleaner - Morning - Keyholder - Flexible before 11am

IMMEDIATE START MORNING CLEANER
- PAID TRIAL SHIFT MONDAY 5TH AUGUST

We are looking for an experienced, switched on cleaner to take on this new contract, daily cleaning of commercial offices; a 24 hour concierge gives some flexibility on shift times.

Hours
Monday to Friday
3 hours per shift - 15 hours per week total
To be carried out/finished before 11am each day

Pay
£11.50 p/hr PAYE, monthly paid as an employee of Kemp Services

Basic overview of duties:
- Clean and sanitise designated areas, including toilets, office areas, kitchen etc
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors ensuring corners, kickplates, skirtings are also clean
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Restock supplies in the toilets and other areas as needed
- Report any faults/issues
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous commerical cleaning experience
- Good standard of English
- Previous out of hours/keyholder experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Reliable
