Assistant Merchandiser

Kenji is looking to strengthen it's Merchandising team with the addition of an Assistant Product Merchandiser.

Reporting to the Head of Merchandising this is a new role made necessary by the continued growth and success of the brand in the UK and elsewhere, across both Retail and Wholesale divisions

With a portfolio of well known high street brands as retail partners , plus owned stores in the UK , this is a challenging role to suit a highly motivated individual looking to progress in a relatively young (just 10 years this year) and growing business operating in the gifting sector

Responsibilities

Supporting the Head of Merchandising with key business tasks including...

• demand planning and analysis , including the replenishment cycle
• weekly sales and availability reports for our owned stores and those of our retail / wholesale partners
• purchase order and re-order creation
• maintaining container schedules from a variety of overseas suppliers
• maintaining range plans for our different stores and partners

Qualifications

The role would be suited to an individual with a passion for retail , excellent Excel and MS Office skills , with previous Merchandising experience ideal, but not essential
