Graphic Designer - Up to £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • Initially for 12 months with a view to becoming permanent.
  • Hybrid - site based with opportunity to work from home
  • Full time is 40 hours per week, but we can be flexible for the right candidate.

About the role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant to bring to life a bold and exciting new brand tailored specifically for the commercial cleaning industry. You will also work on developing the current Killis brand in alignment with company goals and ambitions. You will love working as part of a team, but you will also be trusted to work autonomously, using your own initiative.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute all visual aspects of our new brand and the Killis brand, ensuring creative consistency and cohesion across all channels.

· Design a diverse array of materials, including:

· Logos and brand assets

· Product packaging

· Sales literature and information packs

· Marketing collateral and internal documents

· Social media content and digital assets

· Packaging and visual displays

· Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop concepts that enhance engagement and convey our brand values.

· Act as a brand advocate by ensuring that all visuals align with our identity and positioning.

· React quickly to design needs, feedback, and changing priorities with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

· Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and stakeholders, sharing updates and ideas with energy and enthusiasm.

About You

· A passionate, creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.

· Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

· Strong eye for layout, typography, and detail.

· Comfortable working within brand guidelines but confident enough to push boundaries where needed.

· Great communicator – able to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.

· Highly organised, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You will enjoy being the face of Killis, speaking with and visiting our suppliers.

Nice to Have

· Experience in packaging design or working with product-based brands.

· Motion graphics or video editing skills.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
