Stock and Picking Operative

Duties:

- Checking in deliveries

- Allocating items to work through to production

- Processing returns & communicating with Customer Support where

necessary

- Allocating and processing Made-to-order (MTO) product

- Maintaining the order caging system to optimise product flow

- Ad-hoc Project work

- Work with 3rd parties to facilitate the outsourcing of work as required

- Operating the forklift when necessary, safely and securely. Carry out

training on this when required to ensure certificates are up to date

- Bailing and compacting

- Communicate with sales/stock when required regarding deliveries

- Keep the Goods In area tidy and organised

- Shipping support when workload is stretched

- Check in batched product to update items to Ready for Production

- Filter out incorrect items from batches and return to stock, querying any

missing items

- Organise checked in product chronologically onto corresponding On/Offline

shelves

- Debagging products/garments and removing outer packaging to speed up

the production process

- Assist with general site maintenance duties if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £11.44 per hour
