Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Retail Security Officer in Milton Keynes. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment by monitoring security systems, patrolling assigned areas, responding to incidents, and preventing theft or other disruptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail security, monitoring, and incident response
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures specific to retail environments
• Strong communication skills for reporting incidents and collaborating with team members
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally
• Keen observation skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SIA license) are required
• Physical fitness and stamina to stand or patrol for extended periods
