Responsibilities
Raising purchase orders via our admin software.
Register invoices.
General administrative duties.
Assist the office/management team with clerical tasks .
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Customer Care administration and organisation.
Skills
Use of Microsoft Office essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
Solid clerical skills, including typing proficiency and familiarity with office procedures.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Being able to follow clear instructions and report back any issues to senior staff.
Good positive phone manor.
