This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Louma. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking meals, supervising kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring food quality meets standards. The Sous Chef will also be involved in ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
