Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while enjoying their dining experience. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage service, contributing to the overall hospitality of our establishment.

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages as required.
• Help set up and break down catering events, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and bar.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Bartending skills are a plus, with an understanding of drink preparation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition are necessary for guest interaction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
