Ukrainian Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are a premier organisation specialising in connecting students with UK universities. We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to engage with the Ukrainian community and support our student recruitment efforts. We will be recruiting one full-time employee and four self-employed/freelancers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract Ukrainian students.

• Engage with potential students, providing detailed information about our educational offerings.

• Utilise personal and social networks to promote our institution.

• Collaborate with our team to enhance marketing approaches.

• Flexible work arrangement (Hybrid).

• Competitive commission-based pay. After 3 months, depending on performance, we may transition from commission-based pay to a salary for self-employed or freelancers who are interested.

Requirements:

• Strong connections within the Ukrainian community.

• Experience in marketing or recruitment (preferred but not required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven and goal-oriented.

• Fluency in Ukrainian and basic proficiency in English.

Positions Available:

• 4 Self-employed/Freelancers/Work from Home

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £12,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
