Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer at Motion Marble in Kidderminster. You will create visually captivating animations and designs from concept to delivery. Working closely with clients and our creative team, you'll ensure each project meets our high standards and client expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for various platforms, including events, online media, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualise and execute creative ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software to incorporate fresh ideas into your work.

Skills and Experience

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with 3D software (e.g. Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Strong conceptual and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and contribute ideas.
• Relevant degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field
