Job description

This office based role is also an important hire for us as you will be an important factor in helping people to achieve their dream of moving home, and is a chance to help shape our service and culture going forward.

You will often be the first point of contact when clients either call or visit us. You will also be involved in keeping the office presentable and up to date, and will provide administrative support and assist in after-sales care and progression.

If you have some experience, or are are keen to learn the estate agency industry, are highly organised, enjoy a busy environment can multi task efficiently, are well presented, and are keen to provide excellent customer care standards, with a "can do" attitude, then this could be the role for you. We don't necessarily need you to have experience in estate agency, however experience in dealing with the public, and a pro-active mindset is essential.

General duties include

  • Making an excellent first impression by phone or in the office
  • Directing customer enquiries to the relevant person
  • Administration duties using our CRM system
  • Assistance with aspects of progression of agreed sales through to completion
  • Assistance with arranging maintenance on our rental properties
  • Keeping office displays presentable and up to date

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
