Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fixed-term contract (3-6 months) with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. The role will primarily focus on building and maintaining a high-quality, passive talent pool for our growing community mental health service. You will be responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals, particularly in nursing and psychology, to support Orchestrate Health Services in delivering exceptional care to individuals in need of mental health support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various healthcare roles within Orchestrate Health Services, focusing on nursing and psychology positions.
Build and nurture a strong passive talent pool of high-caliber candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, role specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates.
Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting initial assessments and interviews.
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment updates.
Stay up to date with healthcare recruitment trends, particularly within mental health services, to ensure the best talent acquisition strategies.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on nursing and psychology-related roles.
Familiarity with the recruitment challenges and nuances within the mental health sector.
Strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment market and talent sourcing strategies.
Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience working in mental health services or related healthcare environments.
Knowledge of current healthcare recruitment trends and legislation.
