The Office Administrator will provide support to the front office team and administration function of the school being responsible for managing essential pupil data, including contact information, registers, absence information and parental consents. They will be a first point of contact at the Front Office for pupils, parents, visitors and any other stakeholder. They should maintain professionalism at all times as they are the first impression of Pennthorpe to visitors and prospective parents.
Working hours are 3pm-6pm, Monday to Friday working in our busy front office as the first point of contact. For more information please follow this link;
