About the role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for additional team members. As a Skilled Butcher you are part of friendly innovative team working in our purpose-built meat cutting facility. You have butchery experience, possess good knife skills and be able to demonstrate core butchery techniques including boning, jointing and portion control. You have good attention to detail; your standard of work is high and adhering to strict hygiene procedures comes naturally to you. You have excellent customer service skills and are more than capable of working independently and as part of a team.
