Job Description: As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial processes and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to support the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Monitor budgets and expenditures
Handle payroll processing and related administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Provide support during audits and financial reviews
Assist in the development and implementation of financial procedures and systems
Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software XERO is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
