As a Retail Shop Assistant at our new Birmingham Store, you will be at the forefront of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will involve providing product knowledge, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the overall operations of our retail space.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offering product recommendations and guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our latest beauty products, skincare routines, and makeup trends to communicate features and benefits to customers effectively.
- Checkout: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling card payments, and maintaining a secure and organised register.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the retail space is visually appealing by arranging and organising products according to brand standards, updating displays, and highlighting promotions.
- Receiving and sorting: Assist your team with safely taking delivery of restocks and supplies.

- Love to work as part of a close-knit team with strong interpersonal skills
- Passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry
- Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
