RAC have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Incident Advisor to join our DAFaid Control Centre on a 9-Month Fixed Term Contract, based in our iconic Bescot office, Walsall.
As an Incident Advisor you will play an important integral role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands. By the provision of a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights Customers. Working continually to improve the quality of service delivered.
Salary is between £12,428.00-£15,535.00 (depending on shift pattern)
Shifts available:
Totalling 20 Hours per week.
Key Accountabilities
We are looking for a reliable candidate who is able to complete work to a high standard of accuracy to detail and deadlines. You will have excellent keyboard skills and proven experience in standard packages of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A confident telephone manor and interpersonal skills are essential. To be successful in this role you must be assertive and able to effectively handle contacts at all levels within the organisation, both internally and externally.
