Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing detailed information about our venue and services.
- Sales: Convert leads into bookings by understanding clients’ needs, presenting suitable options, and showcasing our venue's unique features.
- Tours: Conduct site tours for potential clients, highlighting the benefits and possibilities of hosting their wedding at our venue.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to enhance our venue’s reputation.
- Follow-Up: Manage follow-up communications and provide exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous sales experience preferred, possibly in the hospitality or events industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping clients achieve their dream wedding.
- Organisation: Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, INCLUDING WEEKENDS to accommodate client schedules.
