Fashion Team Leader

Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader with experience in the retail management industry to join our management team at Roys Food Hall in Hoveton, Norfolk.

You will assist the management team to improve the commercial performance of the store and to coach and support your teams to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent store standards to maximise sales and profitability.

You need the desire to achieve targets through effective performance management of your team and have the enthusiasm to drive your own development.

You will predominantly manage and develop the Fashions department and team, and this role will include Duty Management shifts during the day, late nights and Sundays as required.

The ideal candidate will come from a clothing retail background as a great working knowledge of fashions is key to the success of this role.

The role is a permanent position, permanent position, 37.5 per week, working flexibly, 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £25,935.00 per year
