Greenkeeper (Full-Time)

We have an exciting position for an energetic Greenkeeper to join the Greenkeeping team at SCHLOSS Roxburghe Hotel and Golf Course. If you enjoy working in the outdoors and working as part of an passionate and hard-working team then we’d love to hear from you!

As a Greenkeeper you will be responsible for assisting in all preparations of the golf course and grounds each day. The role shall also include assisting with different aspects of both golf course and estate maintenance and presentation.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with a competitive salary of £24,752 per year. The availability to work early mornings and weekends is essential.

Your Main Responsibilities:

· Maintain and be responsible for the overall appearance of the golf course and the SCHLOSS Roxburghe estate

· Ensure the best possible playing surfaces to consistently offer an exceptional experience for out golf members and visitors

· Use different machinery correctly whilst following health and safety measures at all times

· Cutting lawns and playing surfaces, changing holes, moving markers, raking bunkers

· Use your eye for detail to ensure all areas of the estate are well presented
