We are currently seeking an Elite Services Administrator to work from our busy Kenley Office, reporting directly to the Corporate Services Manager.

The Role:

As an Administrator at Secom Plc, your role involves:

• Handling customer requests via phone and email.
• Collaborating with National Accounts and Service teams.
• Updating and managing customer portals.
• Managing day-to-day requirements of assigned accounts.
• Providing support and training to team members.
• Assisting with client work order calls and preparing KPI reports.
• Engaging in email communication and managing calls for team clients.
• Creating and processing work orders using established processes.
• Interacting with key accounts to fulfil role and team requirements.

• Strong customer-facing abilities.
• Experience in dealing with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook/Gmail, Excel, and Google Docs.
