Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 annually, depending on experience

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and versatile Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team and help elevate our clients' brands through strategic and creative content.


Role Overview

As the Content Creator & Social Media Manager at Self, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful content across digital platforms, from visually compelling decks to social media campaigns. This role involves working closely with clients across industries to design, produce, and manage high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives and business goals.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design:

  • Design and produce multimedia content, including photography, videography, graphics, and animations, ensuring cohesion across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas, staying ahead of design trends and digital marketing techniques.


Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for a range of clients, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media, including graphics, short-form videos, and written content.
  • Monitor social media channels for performance insights, audience feedback, and trends, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance engagement.
  • Schedule and manage posts across various platforms, optimising timing and frequency for each brand’s audience.


Client & Project Management:

  • Manage multiple client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their brand vision to translate into successful digital content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline project workflows and achieve strategic objectives.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in digital content creation and social media management, preferably within a creative agency or a role supporting multiple brands.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), along with other digital design tools. Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality visual content. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Creative Vision: Ability to develop fresh, relevant content ideas while adapting to varied brand aesthetics and project scopes.
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
