SGN are looking for a HR Systems Administrator to support the HR Department with ad-hoc data requests, system maintenance, and general ongoing analytical work. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-focused, who is looking to develop their system skills and knowledge of HR practises.
I help to keep people safe and warm by…
- Handling HR data requests using our reporting systems. I manipulate the data using Excel and provide it in the requested format that adds value.
- Maintaining and exploring the data held within the HR systems.
- Supporting efforts to enhance how we provide key data to the business.
- Triaging, escalating, and resolving queries received at the HR Systems Team contact points.
- Assisting with back-office administration tasks, such as invoicing and relevant IT requests.
- Supporting the Senior HR Systems Analyst with improvements and enhancements across HR’s systems.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience using reporting tools
- Intermediate Excel skills at a minimum
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet business demands
- Experience using Oracle and Cornerstone systems would be an advantage
- Experience within previous HR role would be preferable
