Communications & Digital Engagement Assistant - Intern

MISSION
An exciting opportunity for an Intern to join us to gain experience of our dynamic Communications team and work across our two of our incredible skincare brands; Shiseido & Clé de Peau Beauté.

Reports to: Communications & Digital Engagement Manager, Shiseido & Clé de Peau Beauté
Job Location: London
Contract type: 12 month FTC (Starting July 7th 2025)
Salary: £25k
Main Responsibilities
- Dealing with daily requests and managing mail outs to journalists and influencers
- Coverage monitoring - on and off line
- Regular online manual tracking and sharing of competitor activity
- Helping to develop PR ideas and support PR strategy
- Compiling coverage reports, competitor reports and assisting with event recaps
- Assisting with PR projects e.g. launch events, creative mailers
- To take full responsibility for in-house product stocks and order as required compile monthly product orders in line with PR budget
- General office admin to include handling all outgoing mail and processing all deliveries
Experience Required
- A strong interest in the beauty industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Hands on approach
