SR Mailing Store Assistant

At SR Mailing, you'll never find yourself bored and twiddling your thumbs in the store as a Store Assistant. In fact, time will fly by.

You'll do everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with enquiries and finding solutions for customers problems or ensuring that the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products. And, of course, you'll provide excellent customer service at all times by attending to customer needs in a prompt and friendly way. It's a really fast-paced environment, and everyone understands exactly what needs to happen to make their store a success - and gets on with doing it. There's a real family feel here, and we all pitch in as part of a close-knit team.

What makes a great SR Store Assistant? Well, it’s the little things really. A queue of customers at the till? You’ll jump on a different till / iPad and halve their waiting time. A pallet of bags or labels in the warehouse? You’ll put them out in the store, rather than wait for someone else to do it. Ultimately, it’s all about being a naturally friendly, respectful and thoughtful colleague who’s a bundle of enthusiasm and positivity. It’s this positive attitude that helps to make SR mailing wonderfully different, not to mention successful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00-£12.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (preferred)
