You will ensure the smooth running of Reception and help with:
- Booking appointments and dealing with patient enquiries;
- Checking in and registering patients;
- Dispatching pathology samples to the lab;
- Checking stock and inventory;
- Ensuring CQC compliance;
- Providing admin support to the practice as required.
