Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support our growth and brand visibility. This role involves a mix of digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation, along with assisting the Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, email marketing, telemarketing, and brand coordination, with a strong focus on aligning all company communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign and Content Creation
- Design and manage Eshot (email shot) campaigns, including crafting compelling visuals and copy.
- Distribute Eshots via email to target audiences, monitor engagement, and optimize for results.
- Conduct regular website reviews to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
Content Development and Case Studies
- Organize and coordinate photo and video shoots for case studies, ensuring high-quality visuals that showcase our projects.
- Develop compelling case studies for proposals and presentations, highlighting successful projects and services.
- Create and maintain a portfolio of company projects to be used in business development and marketing.
Social Media and Brand Management
- Manage social media activity on LinkedIn and Instagram, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing the brand's online presence.
- Design social media content that aligns with the company’s visual and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistent brand alignment across all company materials, including digital, print, and physical merchandise.
Lead Generation and Telemarketing
- Utilize Barbour ABI telemarketing for lead generation, researching and identifying potential clients, and setting appointments for the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Coordinate lead follow-ups and report on the effectiveness of telemarketing efforts.
Business Development Support
- Book appointments for the BDM, managing schedules, and maintaining an organized calendar.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the BDM tailored to specific client proposals.
- Assist in creating branded merchandise, including clothing and gifts, to reinforce the company’s identity
Coordination and Logistics
- Organize and oversee site shoots, coordinating with teams and photographers to capture essential visuals.
- Manage branded clothing and gift items for events, client visits, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, digital content creation, or business development support.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
